Playmate Toys brought us in to launch their new line of Turtles action figures, and the agency owner subsequently bought the rights to the fan club. I wrote the stuff below, including the comic book, and AdWeek picked up my brochure copy verbatim as the lead for their article on the phenomenon. Also, check the signature on the certificate below. That’s my brother Pete. I installed him as the titular head.
